The World's Only Conferences Dedicated to Game Quality
The Leading Event for:
QA | Customer Service | Producers | Localization | Studio & Publisher Exec
The 5th annual North America event is the world's only two-day industry-only games conference dedicated to quality. After years of increasingly holistic discussions in both America and Europe, we are excited and proud to be formerly including Customer Services and renaming the Game QA & Localization conference to the far more apt Game Quality Forum.
The expectations of gamers continue to grow, with customers now seemingly demanding flawless, AAA-level experiences, irrespective of studio size or resources. The slightest slip-up - whether that be graphical bugs, issues with transactions or unexpected delays - can significantly damage a game's reputation. In order for any studio or publisher to be able to deliver this, every individual and every team need to take ownership of quality in their arena and work together effectively.
The Game Quality Forum continues to be the world’s only meeting place dedicated to bringing game QA, producers, localization, customer services and senior studio & publisher leadership together in order to discuss how the quality bar for games can be raised. Increasingly holistic and senior-level, it now plays an essential role in the calendar of many of the world’s leading game developers and publishers.
Build valuable contacts and relationships, share your challenges and discover best practices from other studios and publishers. No other event in the world outside of these forums bring together all the key minds in QA and localization in one place. This isn’t some big show with QA or localization as an afterthought; it’s your event – use it!
The best part of a forum full of QA and localization management is that everyone is in a similar boat. Find out how others have approached similar challenges to the one’s you’re facing, and take new tools, methods and ideas back to your work!
Get a Seat at the TableEquip yourself or your managers with the tools and business vocabulary to sell your function internally, to sound credible, and to position yourselves alongside the other pillars of development as equals. It’s time to change the way QA and localization are perceived, both internally and externally.

"I firmly believe that this forum will change the face of gaming QA. I think anyone who truly cares about the industry should seek to be a part of positive change within it, and the best way to do that right now on a scale wider than one’s current workplace is to be at this forum and meet like-minded individuals. QA came out of the basement a while ago – let’s get up on the stage!"Dave Mitchell, QA Director, CPP Games
